Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information and troubleshooting support related to company products or services
Log and track customer issues in CRM or ticketing systems
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate teams
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
Meet daily performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Participate in regular virtual meetings and training sessions
