1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under certain conditions, and only if requested within the eligible timeframe. A refund may be applicable in the following situations:

  • You cancel your enrollment within 3 days of payment and before accessing course materials or attending classes.
  • The batch or course you enrolled in is canceled or postponed indefinitely by Raiver Infotech.
  • You made a duplicate payment for the same course or service.

Note: Refunds are not applicable once:

  • You have accessed any course material (online or offline).
  • You have attended a live class or session.
  • More than 3 days have passed since payment.

2. Non-Refundable Items and Situations

The following are non-refundable under any circumstance:

  • Registration fees or admission charges
  • Customized corporate training programs
  • Courses availed through discount or promotional offers
  • Missed classes or sessions by the student
  • Services already delivered (like resume writing or mock interviews)
  • Placement assistance or job fair access once utilized

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to business@raiver.in within the eligible time window.
  2. Include your full name, course name, payment receipt, and reason for refund.
  3. Our support team will verify your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.


4. Course Transfers and Credit

In some cases, instead of a refund, you may be offered the option to:

  • Transfer to another batch or course of equal value.
  • Receive credit to be used for future training within 6 months.

This option is offered at our discretion and is subject to availability.


5. Changes to Refund Policy

Raiver Infotech reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the revised policy.
