Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Channel Sales Manager to build, manage, and grow our partner/dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory. The role involves developing effective sales strategies through channel partners, enabling them with the right tools and training, and ensuring revenue and volume targets are consistently met.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (dealers, distributors, resellers, retail partners, etc.).
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term success.
Ensure channel partners are equipped with adequate training, product knowledge, and marketing support.
