Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Ground Staff team. As part of the airline or airport support crew, ground staff are responsible for ensuring smooth check-in procedures, boarding processes, baggage handling, and overall passenger support. This is a frontline role that demands professionalism, patience, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates Provide flight-related information and directions to passengers Handle ticketing, baggage tagging, and seating arrangements Coordinate boarding procedures and assist in on-time departures Manage special requests such as wheelchair assistance or unaccompanied minors Ensure compliance with airport and airline safety regulations Handle lost & found inquiries and baggage issues Assist in emergency situations and manage crowd control if needed Collaborate with other airport staff for smooth ground operations
