Job Description:
Placement Support: Organize and manage student placements; assist students throughout the placement process, including mock tests and guidance.
Client Engagement: Prospect, establish, and maintain relationships with organizations to create placement opportunities aligned with student profiles.
Requirement Mapping: Understand client manpower needs and map them with student profiles.
Database & Reporting: Maintain student database, track placements, generate MIS reports, and monitor hiring trends.
Target Achievement: Ensure placement targets are met; add new recruiters each quarter within the assigned zone.
Event Management: Organize industry seminars, workshops, alumni meets, and other industry connect events.
Business Intelligence: Provide insights into hiring patterns, identifying areas of growth or slowdown.
