Job Description:
Own and drive the end-to-end closure process from qualified lead engagement to successful enrollment.
Monitor key sales metrics including closure rates, average revenue per enrollment, and lead conversion timelines.
Ensure high-quality follow-ups, structured objection handling, and personalised sales strategies to maximise conversions.
Lead and manage a team of BDEs and Team Leads across multiple territories.
Coach the team on consultative selling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Conduct regular performance reviews, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
Implement and maintain structured closure SOPs, pitch scripts, and objection handling frameworks.
Ensure data hygiene and CRM compliance across the team.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance closure efficiency.
