Job Description:

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing US-based clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Provide ongoing support to US-based clients to ensure they derive maximum value from our products and services.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing US-based clients.
Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement measures to enhance the overall customer experience for our US-based clientele.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, product development, and marketing, to ensure seamless post-sales support and service delivery for our US-based clients.
