Job Description:

Manage the Classic Portfolio of high-value customers in the branch. Provide personalized banking services and ensure superior customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with Classic customers through regular interactions and portfolio reviews. Achieve targets for cross-selling banking and third-party products investments, insurance, loans, and cards. Ensure timely servicing of customer requests related to accounts, investments, and transactions. Maintain high service standards, compliance with KYC/AML norms, and audit guidelines. Identify opportunities for upgrading customers to higher value segments. Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account opening, fund transfers, and issue resolution. Generate leads and referrals through catchment activities and existing relationships. Support the Branch Manager in driving overall branch performance and profitability.
