Job Description:

A bachelor''s or associate degree in Marketing, Science or IT/Computer Science. 2-6 years'' experience in an IT sales environment/BPO industry. Exposure to European Market will be an added advantage. Europe Shift Timing. 1 to 10 PM IST Should be proficient in English. Speaking and Writing. Willing to do 120 calls a day. Cold calling is a must as part of this job profile. Should be well versed on LinkedIn. Should have a valid LinkedIn profile with at least 100+ connections. Should have prior experience using one CRM system and should be able to explain the process flow. Should have done enough research about Photon offerings and should be able to explain during interview process. This will be a minimum benchmark. Identify/Assessing potential clients and fix meetings according to our key services areas. Highly motivated and ability to achieve the targets/expectations set by the organization. Candidate should be open to work from Chennai office.
