Job Description:
The Territory Manager - Sales (TMT Product) will be responsible for driving sales, managing distributor and dealer networks, and expanding the market share of TMT (Thermo-Mechanically Treated) steel products within the assigned territory. The role demands a blend of strategic planning, hands-on sales execution, and relationship management with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for TMT products in the assigned territory.
Drive sales through dealer/distributor networks and direct sales to key clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other channel partners.
Ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products to channel partners.
Provide training and support to channel partners on product features and sales strategies
