Job Description:

The Sales Manager Yarns will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and ensuring revenue growth in domestic and/or international yarn markets. The role requires strong industry knowledge, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for yarns (cotton, polyester, viscose, blended, etc.). Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base in domestic and export markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and agents. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to align product offerings. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability. Coordinate with production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Ensure compliance with company policies, credit controls, and ethical sales practices.
