Job Description:

Graduate/Undergraduate with excellent verbal communication skills in English and ability to handle pressure Handle inbound customer queries, provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and maintain records * Handle inbound customer queries via phone calls (international process). * Provide accurate information regarding products/services. * Troubleshoot customer issues effectively and escalate when necessary. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems. * Achieve daily/weekly KPIs including call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. * Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
