You'll play a key role in improving the customer experience for Parts, Repairs, and Overhaul. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (Business Development, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance), manage end-to-end relationships with customers, and ensure smooth delivery of parts and repairs from quotation to payment clearance.
Youll specifically take care of managing inquiries and sales orders, but also oversee delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
Managing customer relationships for Parts & Repairs sales
Handling requests for quotations and ensuring timely responses
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries
Overseeing payment clearance processes
Monitoring customer delivery performance
Supporting demand management and materials planning.
