Job Description:
Manage the entire renewal sales process from identifying upcoming renewals to closing the deal.
Maintain accurate records of all renewal opportunities and client interactions in HubSpot.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand client needs and ensure satisfaction with the company's products and services.
Conduct regular follow up and check-ins with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and address any issues.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve renewal sales targets.
Responsible for managing the renewal sales cycle for existing clients
