Job Description:

Design and revise loan documents for MFI & MSME products. Implement RBI-related guidelines (DPD communication, PFF, KFS, etc.) across products. Create and update RBI-compliant SOPs, policies, and operational manuals. Develop new loan-related documents (change request, Credit forms, etc.). Conduct quarterly APR computation and ensure transparent disclosure formats. Design and maintain display documents and update display-related policy revisions. Drive process automation and digital adoption initiatives in collaboration with IT. Monitor and report KPIs on process adherence, quality, and efficiency. Coordinate with business, operations, credit, risk, compliance, and audit teams for smooth rollout of revised processes. Build a culture of continuous improvement through training and change management interventions.
