Job Description:

Aggressively drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for home loans and cross-selling, while enhancing client relationships. Retain and expand the customer base for home loans and LAP channels to ensure repeat business or referrals. Maximize sales through a network of DSAs by effectively managing connector and builder relationships. Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals. Increase penetration in approved APF projects by maximizing the number of APFs. Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets and increase business. Ensure files are processed from login to disbursement by liaising with internal departments (Operations and Credit). 4-6 years of experience in home loan sales, team leadership, and client relationship management; graduate or postgraduate degree in business, finance, or related field Drive sales for home loans, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with regulations
