Job Description:

Loan authorizations for Consumer, Commercial and Wholesale Banking Clients of Kotak Mahindra Bank and Group companies. 2. Coordinate with various stakeholders (internal/external) while handling loan disbursements 3. Understanding the terms and conditions stipulated in Sanction Letter (SL) and ensuring compliance of all terms and conditions for loan disbursement, affecting ROI change as per request, funds transfer request related to Loans and Escrow accounts, Subsidy adjustment, EMI/SI change, Fx deal booking for Foreign currency loans, Loan liquidations, PO Liquidation/bookings. 4. Ensuring all loan disbursements are processed in accordance with extant RBI regulations, guidelines issued by Compliance dept and internal policies & processes of the Bank and within the audit framework of the Bank. 5. Ensure transactions are processed within the agreed TAT and as per the SLA agreed with various stakeholders 6. Handing data and MIS related to loans 7. Responsible for reconciliation of entries related to loan disbursements 8. Perform or carry out UAT for testing purpose whenever there is any enhancement in existing system or change in operating system
