Job Description:

Lead and manage a Clusters consisting of multiple branches, ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic goals. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve outreach, loan portfolio growth, financial performance, and client satisfaction within the cluster. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth, innovation, and sustainability initiatives. Oversee the operations of all branches within the cluster, ensuring efficiency and adherence to the organizations policies and procedures. Monitor the performance of Branch managers, ensuring that they achieve their operational, financial, and client outreach targets.
