To evaluate proposals of customers for Home Loans, Loan against Property Decision making within defined TAT Understanding of property related aspects (like legal title and market value of the property) is an added advantage Coordinating with sales, operations, legal, technical and customer service Job Requirements: Qualification- CA with relevant underwriting experience Job Knowledge Technical underwriting experience Analytical skills Skills & Experience Experience of 2-4 years in relevant working capital products is desired, Should be able to handle time bound activities effectively Should be an effective team player. Should have a sense of urgency & keenness to learn.
