Job Description:

The Key Account Manager Service is responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with key clients in the battery industry, specifically focused on service, maintenance, and after-sales support. This role ensures client satisfaction, retention, and maximizes service revenue by delivering tailored solutions and coordinating internal resources. Manage and grow relationships with strategic/key service clients across industrial, energy storage, or mobility battery segments. Act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, escalations, and performance reviews. Develop deep knowledge of client operations, service requirements, and future needs. Promote and sell service packages (e.g., maintenance contracts, monitoring services, diagnostics, refurbishment). Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Work with technical teams to prepare customized service proposals and cost estimates.
