Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Sales to lead our offline expansion and revenue growth. In this role, you will manage a team of Associate SMs, BDMs, ABDMs, and Counsellors, ensuring sales targets, funnel efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a critical role in scaling NxtWave’s reach across new territories.
Own the complete funnel: lead qualification demo conversion retention.
Track & optimize metrics: Lead-to-Demo %, Demo-to-Sale %, CAC, Attrition, and Revenue per Counsellor.
Build forecasting models to predict revenue and allocate resources
Drive territory expansion strategies aligned with company goals.
Conduct market analysis to identify demand, competition, and new opportunities.
Oversee office visits, counselling sessions, and admission processes.
