Job Description:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Design and manage lead generation funnels tailored for high-ticket real estate sales.
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, focusing on cost per lead (CPL), conversion ratios, and ROI.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) are converting into bookings.
Leverage CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to nurture leads.
Conduct competitor analysis and market benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends.
Work closely with creative teams to ensure ads, landing pages, and communication resonate with premium buyers.
Recommend new channels, partnerships, and performance strategies for scale.
