Job Description:
Lead and manage a team of Business Executives in the assigned area.
Achieve area-wise sales targets (primary and secondary) and ensure ROI of the team.
Coach, guide, and motivate the team for effective product promotion and doctor conversion.
Conduct joint field work with team members to ensure effective doctor and chemist engagement.
Monitor daily call reports, territory coverage, and customer interactions.
Conduct regular team reviews and provide feedback for performance improvement.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, CMEs, and doctor group meetings.
Analyse sales trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Commerce with 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales and team leadership
