Job Description:
The E-Commerce Category Specialist/Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing product visibility, and ensuring seamless operational performance across all online and e-commerce marketplaces. This role requires strong analytical skills, operational excellence, and the ability to manage multiple SKUs across different categories and platforms.
Manage/assist Zebronics category portfolio across platforms such as Amazon, and Flipkart.
Develop and execute platform-specific sales strategies to drive product visibility, conversions, and category growth.
Coordinate with platform category managers to plan and execute promotions, deals, and campaigns aligned with business goals.
Maintain product data consistency across platforms and continuously update new launches, specifications, and images.
Monitor and improve content scorecards as per each platforms guidelines.
Plan and execute pricing strategies, discount offers, and festival campaigns to maximize sales and margins.
Track category-level P&L, analyze spend versus ROI, and ensure profitability while achieving sales targets.
Partner with finance teams to reconcile claims, commissions, and promotional spends with marketplaces.
Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rates, and platform metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance reports with management on platform sales, growth, and competition insights.
Recommend strategic adjustments to drive revenue and improve operational efficiency.
Work closely with marketing, inventory, finance, and logistics teams for smooth execution of campaigns and stock management.
