Job Description:
Identify and research potential business accounts to generate new sales opportunities
Qualify leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
Maintain clear, actionable follow-ups with team members using detailed lead profiles
Work towards and exceed sales and revenue targets for company services
Collaborate closely with OEM partners to close leads and generate revenue
Build and strengthen customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM and corporate database
Manage OEM contact matrix to support the wider sales team
Coordinate and execute customer events in partnership with OEMs
Participate in sales strategy meetings and contribute to performance improvements
Engage in continuous learning through training sessions and development programs
Maintain accurate reports on lead generation and sales metrics
Track lead sources and analyze campaign effectiveness
Attend regular sales training to sharpen your skills
