Job Description:
The Area Sales Manager - LAP (Branch Channel) will be responsible for driving Loan Against Property sales within the assigned branches/locations. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, achieving disbursement targets, managing a team of sales professionals, building strong relationships with branch staff, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve LAP sales targets, monitor performance, identify market opportunities, and drive disbursement targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff and manage business through the branch network and potentially DSAs.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of LAP products and regulations, stay updated on market dynamics, ensure compliance, and monitor delinquency cases.
Build strong client relationships, including meeting with HNI customers and generating corporate leads.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews, and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
