We are a fast-growing EdTech organization offering Online MBA (PG) and UG programs specially designed for working professionals. Our target audience includes employees from banks, NBFCs, sales, marketing, and retail sectors who aspire to upskill through flexible and accredited online learning programs. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leader – Sales to manage a remote team of Sales Executives stationed in different cities across India. The role involves leading from the Head Office (Dhanbad), driving admissions, achieving team targets, and ensuring high motivation and productivity among team member. Lead, monitor, and motivate a remote team of 4–5 Sales Executives. Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets. Conduct virtual reviews, meetings, and daily performance tracking. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to improve team efficiency. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and student onboarding. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance dashboards.
