Job Description:

Strategize and execute high-ROI paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Optimize performance campaigns by focusing on lead generation, CPL, CPA, remarketing, and lookalike audience targeting. Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, creatives, and user journeys for improved conversion rates. Lead SEO/SEM efforts including keyword research, campaign planning, and web traffic analysis. Design, develop, and optimize landing pages to align with campaign objectives and enhance user experience. Monitor and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards, and other analytics tools. Manage and grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram through strategic content planning and community engagement. Oversee end-to-end social media campaigns from concept and content creation (copy + design) to publishing and performance tracking. Develop engaging content formats including posts, stories, and video content that support brand storytelling and campaign goals. Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries. Track and analyze engagement metrics, follower growth, reach, and lead conversion performance. Plan and execute branding events, workshops, and below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities. Coordinate with vendors for promotional materials, event branding, and collateral development. Support sales teams with marketing assets such as brochures, standees, flyers, and presentation tools.
