Job Description:

Identify and evaluate suitable real estate opportunities through site visits, analysis, and demographic studies. Collaborate closely with Operations, Projects, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure optimal site selection. Identify store relocation opportunities and manage rent renegotiations for underperforming locations. Conduct thorough competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of emerging retail trends. Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOI) and lease deal terms to the brands advantage for new store launches. Liaise with landlords, mall owners, and property dealers for ongoing site discussions. Review and manage lease-related legal documentation and compliance processes. Maintain regular interactions with landlords, developers, and property consultants across the assigned region.
