Job Description:
Achieve regional sales targets for built-in appliances through effective channel management.
Identify and appoint new trade partners, kitchen dealers, and OEM accounts in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, OEMs, and interior architects.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives.
Conduct regular market visits to track competition, pricing, and channel performance.
Ensure effective engagement and motivation of trade partners through schemes, product training, and marketing support.
Work closely with OEM partners to ensure timely order closures, product availability, and after-sales coordination.
Strengthen relationships with leading interior designers and architects to promote built-in appliances as part of their kitchen solutions.
