Job Description:

Oversee day-to-day operations of franchise stores within the district, ensuring adherence to Batas operational standards and policies. Conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, compliance, and customer service quality. Support franchise partners in resolving operational challenges to drive efficiency. Drive sales performance across the district, ensuring franchise stores meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets. Analyze store-level KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve productivity and sales. Collaborate with franchise partners to implement district-wide promotional campaigns and initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, acting as their primary point of contact within the district. Provide guidance and support to franchisees on operational best practices and business strategies. Address franchise partner concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
