We are seeking a talented and proactive Online Bidder / Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and securing new business opportunities in the IT services domain. This role requires excellent communication skills, expertise in online bidding platforms, and a strategic approach to business development. Manage and oversee bidding activities on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and similar platforms. Identify and pursue potential business opportunities through effective bidding strategies. Write compelling proposals and customize responses based on client requirements. Negotiate and finalize deals with clients to secure long-term business relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with company capabilities and project feasibility. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Track, analyze, and report bidding performance, success rates, and revenue generation. Stay updated with platform policies, bidding trends, and competitor strategies.
