Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Associate Manager – HRBP to drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management (excluding recruitment). This role requires strong HR business partnering skills, expertise in HR operations, and the ability to deliver impactful dashboards and analytics to support business decisions. Act as a strategic HR partner for business units, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals. Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, performance management, employee engagement, and exit formalities (excluding recruitment). Drive the performance management process (PMS) and ensure timely and effective execution of appraisal cycles. Build and manage HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for business and leadership reviews. Collaborate with leadership on Annual Operating Plan (AOP), workforce planning, and HR strategy. Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution effectively. Design and execute employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives
