Job Description:

As a Zonal EBO Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-today operations of our kiosk locations, ensuring smooth functioning, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing a team of Beauty Advisors, maintaining stock and inventory levels, expanding our EBO(Exclusive Brand Outlet) presence, and fostering strong relationships with franchisees, investors, and partners. 1. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards. 2. EBO Expansions: Identify opportunities for opening new Exclusive Brand Outlets and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to execute expansion plans. 3. Stock and Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and minimize stock losses through effective inventory management practices. 4. Setting Targets and Objectives: Develop and implement sales targets, performance goals, and operational objectives for the kiosk locations in alignment with overall business objectives. 5. Team Building: Foster a positive work environment conducive to teamwork, collaboration, and personal development among team members. 6. Replacement Hiring of Beauty Advisors: Conduct recruitment activities to fill vacant Beauty Advisor positions, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates who fit the brand culture. 7. Performance Analysis: Regularly evaluate the performance of kiosk locations and Beauty Advisors, analyze sales data, and implement corrective measures as needed to drive improvement. 8. Franchisee, Investor, and Partner Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with franchisees, investors, and business partners, addressing their concerns, providing support, and ensuring alignment with the company's vision.
