Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executives will be responsible for identifying opportunities, selling our products/ services, and achieving sales targets. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, we want to hear from you Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sales of the entire range of the products for the assigned area.
2. Sales promotion within sales policies framework.
3. Product launch/ relaunch to establish product in market & achieve/ exceed defined sales targets.
4. Collection of the payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups of depot/ CSA.
5. Ensure commercial discipline in the assigned area.
6. Relationship building & coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc.
7. Collection and compilation of relevant Business & competitor information from market.
8. Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority.9. Any other related task assigned by HOD.
SKILLS: Good Communication Skills, Analytical Skills & Leadership skills, Dealers/Distribution creation and team Handling Must have knowledge of:
Experience in FMCG
Knowledge of local market
Knowledge of General Trade Sales
Knowledge of local language of assigned area
Knowledge of MS Office
