Sales Reporting and Administration Document all sales activities, including client visits, sales transactions, and client feedback, in the company's CRM system or sales database. Prepare regular sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and potential opportunities for growth. Collaboration and Teamwork Coordinate with Technical Service Engineers to provide technical advice and support to clients when necessary. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to align with the company's sales methodologies and standards. Organizational Skills Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of departmental objectives and projects. Implement best practices in workflow management to reduce bottlenecks and improve output quality. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and demands with agility. Transparency in Operations Foster a culture of openness by sharing information transparently with team members and stakeholders.
