We are looking for professionals with strong communication skills (oral & written) who can build trust with vendors, explain our offerings, and ensure they are happily onboarded and engaged with us. If you are someone who loves conversations, values building trust, and wants to see your work directly contribute to the success of big industrial projects. Vendor Outreach: Connect with vendors daily over calls, WhatsApp, email, or meetings. Onboarding & Execution: Guide vendors through new offerings, ensuring they are confident and active on Workwise. Relationship Building: Build comfort and trust with vendors in their local language and become their go-to person at Workwise. Problem Solving: Address vendor doubts, resolve issues, and ensure no enquiry is left unanswered. Outcome Tracking: Meet clear targets on vendor onboarding, response rate, and program conversions. Feedback Collection: Capture vendor inputs & share insights to make our offerings better. Client Understanding: Gather in-depth knowledge about new clients businesses, companies, and products
