Job Description:

Develop and manage a strong dealer/distributor network in the region Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and project consultants for product specifications Handle B2B as well as B2C sales based on the region's demand Execute promotional activities and participate in exhibitions and trade shows Monitor collections and ensure timely payments Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis Provide training and support to channel partners and field staff
