Job Description:

The Senior Executive/Executive- Customer Relationship will be responsible for generating and managing new leads for our HORECA business, following up on potential customers, and coordinating sales processes to drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal sales teams and HORECA clients. Proactively generate new leads every month and identify new potential HORECA customers, under the supervision of reporting manager. Consistently follow up with potential HORECA customers to move them through the sales process and achieve target closures. Generate and schedule quality meetings with decision-makers (F&B, GMs) at non-ARC individual hotels, ensuring alignment with the local teams travel schedules. Conduct persistent follow-ups with team members and interested hotels post-visits.
