Job Description:

Drive admissions (enrollments) through the affiliate and channel partner ecosystem. Identify, onboard, and nurture high-performing affiliates and consultants. Strengthen and manage relationships with existing affiliates to ensure sustained results. Build and expand networks in new territories through market research and outreach. Conduct regular reviews, performance tracking, and enablement programs for affiliates. Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for regional campaigns and lead flow optimization. Ensure compliance with defined admission processes and maintain accurate reporting metrics. Act as the regional point of contact for affiliate communication, payouts, and performance analysis.
