Job Description:

Sandu Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (Ethical Division) to lead and grow our prescription-driven Ayurvedic business in Ahmedabad and nearby territories. The role involves team leadership, doctor engagement, and achieving regional sales targets. Achieve monthly & annual sales targets for Ethical Division. Lead, manage, and motivate the field team (MRs/ASMs). Strengthen doctor engagement through regular visits, CMEs & product detailing. Expand coverage across Ahmedabad & surrounding markets. Ensure strong distributor/stockist coordination and product availability. Execute ethical marketing strategies; track competitor activities. Submit timely MIS, sales reports, and field activity updates. Graduate in B.Sc/B.Pharm/BAMS with 6-12 years in Ethical Pharma/Ayurveda sales and 2-3 years in team handling Lead and manage sales team, achieve sales targets, engage with doctors, and execute marketing strategies.
