The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the schools admission process. The role involves promoting the school’s academic programs, managing inquiries, coordinating admission events, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all applicants. Handle admission-related inquiries from parents via phone, email, and walk-ins. Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, policies, and admission procedures. Conduct campus tours and counselling sessions for prospective parents and students. Maintain and update student inquiry and admission databases. Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and follow-ups with applicants. Assist in organizing open houses, orientation programs, and school promotional events. Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process. Prepare admission reports, analyze trends, and support management with insights for planning. Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with parents until enrollment completion. Support in marketing and outreach initiatives to increase admissions.
