Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate, you will do: Student Counseling: Advise prospective students about Airblacks makeup and beauty courses through various communication channels Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive enrollment numbers and contribute to revenue targets by converting leads into course participants Event Participation: Be an active part of video counseling sessions, admissions events, and tele-calling initiatives to boost enrollment Languages: Must be Proficient in Hindi and English. 1-6 years of inside sales experience in Edtech, Beauty & Wellness, Banking, or Insurance; proficiency in Hindi and English Advise prospective students, drive enrollment, and participate in events to boost sales.
