Job Description:

We are looking for articulate and trustworthy Sales Associates to guide clients through high-value gemstone and sacred product purchases. This is a consultative selling role, where you’ll engage with warm inbound leads over phone calls and help them make meaningful, informed buying decisions. Handle inbound sales queries over the phone Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gemstones or sacred wearables Build trust through clear and honest communication Explain product value, pricing, and authenticity Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with prospects Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service. Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills Prior experience in tele sales, retail sales, or any phone-based selling role Ability to handle high-value product conversations with professionalism Comfortable working in a structured sales environment Interest in gemstones, sacred items, or wellness-focused products is a plus.
