Job Description:

1. Loan Data Quality Analyst Review & verify loan packets/documents for accuracy Ensure compliance with policies & regulations Identify and resolve data discrepancies Collaborate with underwriters & closers for timely completion 2. Front-End Mortgage Underwriter Review mortgage applications & supporting docs Evaluate borrower eligibility (credit, income, assets, employment) Validate assets for down payment & reserves Identify red flags in credit reports Ensure compliance with company & investor guidelines Communicate with processors & loan officers Document findings in LOS (ZOS) Coordinate with Back-End Underwriters for smooth handoff
