We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Yelahanka, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FMCG Sales hiring and Non-IT Business hiring. Manage full-cycle recruitment for FMCG Sales hiring and Non-IT Business hiring positions across various levels and industries. Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen candidates, evaluate, and shortlist candidates (manage end-to-end recruitment processes) based on client needs. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates for long-term engagement.
