Job Description:

Analyze the current lead pipeline to identify the root causes of drop-offs after meetings and proposals. Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and follow-ups to re-activate conversations and move leads toward closure. Work closely with the technical and management teams to refine proposals, presentations, and pitch strategies. Build trust with clients by clearly communicating service value, pricing, and ROI of NOC & Helpdesk solutions. Track and report conversion metrics, client objections, and improvement opportunities. Develop structured follow-up processes to ensure no lead is lost due to communication gaps. Create and implement strategies that increase overall conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle. Maintain CRM hygiene, update lead stages, and ensure all client interactions are recorded accurately. Competitive salary with attractive incentives for conversions.
