Job Description:

The Area Manager will be responsible for managing and driving the performance of the HUL Modern Trade Promoter Program across the East Region. This includes overseeing promoter operations, ensuring execution excellence, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across modern trade outlets. Lead, train, and motivate a team of field executives and promoters across multiple cities in the East region. Ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of promoters. Ensure flawless execution of in-store promoter activities across all modern trade outlets. Monitor promoter attendance, discipline, and adherence to brand guidelines.
