Job Description:

Connect with potential leads (working professionals and students). Counsel candidates about Prime Pathway programs and services. Schedule demo sessions with senior consultants for qualified leads. Follow up with prospects post-demo to address queries and concerns. Convert leads into enrollments by ensuring proper guidance and follow-through. Achieve monthly closure targets or daily demo targets. Maintain lead data, interactions, and updates in the CRM. Proven experience in sales or counseling, excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities Connect with leads, counsel candidates, schedule demos, convert leads into enrollments, maintain CRM data. Proven experience in sales, counseling, or inside sales roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to work on targets and deliver consistent results. Prior experience in the education, study abroad sector is an added advantage.
