Job Description:

Handle inbound calls for a UK telecom client. Resolve customer queries related to telecom services with a focus on first-call resolution. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing efficient and timely support. Minimum 6 months of experience required into International Voice Process (mandatory). Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.
